Who Conducts Bihar NEET PG Counselling?

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) is the official authority that manages the NEET PG counselling for state quota seats in Bihar. This includes government colleges, private medical colleges, and other affiliated institutions offering MD/MS/PG Diploma courses.

Eligibility for Bihar PG Medical Counselling

  • Candidate must have passed the NEET PG 2025 exam.

  • Online Registration

Mop-Up Round –  After the first two rounds, if there are still some seats left unfilled, a mop-up round is held. This is a fresh opportunity for eligible candidates who didn’t get a seat earlier.

Stray Vacancy Round –This is the last step of the process. Colleges with leftover seats conduct direct admissions from a list of eligible candidates provided by the counselling authority. No new registration is allowed at this stage.
