The second round of NEET PG 2024 counselling registration is scheduled to begin on December 4, 2024, providing a new opportunity for those who qualify. However, candidates who missed registering in Round-1 must complete the process on the MCC official website at mcc.nic.in.
The choice filling phase for Round-2 will begin on December 5, 2024, and candidates can prioritize their preferred colleges and courses. It is essential to finalize and lock in choices by December 9, 2024, the deadline for registration and choice declaration. The seat allotment results, determined by factors such as NEET PG rank, declared preferences, and seat availability, will be announced on December 12, 2024. For candidate reference, the results will be published online in a downloadable PDF format.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) conducts NEET PG 2024 counselling for 50% of All India Quota (AIQ) seats, while the remaining 50% are allocated through state-level counselling authorities. A total of 25,791 postgraduate medical seats will be offered through various counselling rounds, ensuring a structured and transparent admission process.

NBE (National Board of Examinations) released the admit card on June 18, 2024.
