The NEET PG exam 2025, conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), is scheduled to be held Tomorrow, Sunday, August 3, 2025. The examination will be conducted in a single shift, beginning at 10:00 AM and concluding at 1:45 PM. All registered candidates are advised to report to their allotted exam centres at least one hour in advance to allow sufficient time for security checks and verification procedures. Please note that no entry will be permitted after the designated reporting time.

Exam Schedule & Reporting Time: NEET PG 2025

The exam will be conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) in a single shift:

  • Exam Date: August 3, 2025 (Sunday)
  • Exam Time: 10:00 AM to 1:45 PM
  • Reporting Time: Candidates must report to the exam centre by 8:00 AM
  • Entry Closes: Entry to the exam hall will close strictly by 9:30 AM

Latecomers will not be allowed under any circumstances. Candidates are strongly advised to plan their commute accordingly and reach their allotted test centre well in advance.

Admit Card Guidelines: Print, Carry, and Check

Candidates should have already downloaded their admit cards from the official NBEMS website — nbe.edu.in. Make sure the following are in place:

  • Print your Admit Card in Colour: Only colour printouts on A4 white paper are accepted.
  • No Multiple Pages: The admit card must be printed on a single side, not back-to-back or multiple pages.
  • Photo & Signature: Ensure your passport-size photo (same as uploaded during registration) is affixed in the space provided on the admit card.

Essential Documents to Carry

Make sure you carry the following items with you to the exam centre:

  • NEET PG 2025 Admit Card (with photo pasted)
  • Valid Photo ID Proof (any one of the following):
    • Aadhar Card
    • PAN Card
    • Voter ID
    • Passport
    • Driving License
  • Medical Council/SMC Registration Certificate (Provisional or Permanent)
  • Face Mask and Hand Sanitizer (50 ml transparent bottle)

Note: Biometric verification, including fingerprint and photograph, will be done at the centre. Ensure your fingers are clean and not stained with ink or mehndi.

Items Not Allowed Inside the Exam Hall

The NEET PG exam has strict rules regarding what cannot be brought into the centre. Do not carry:

  • Electronic items: Mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, earphones
  • Calculators, digital or printed notes, log tables
  • Stationery like pens, pencils, erasers (all will be provided at the centre)
  • Bags, wallets, belts, or caps
  • Food, beverages (except for diabetic candidates with a doctor’s prescription)

Any violation may result in disqualification or cancellation of the exam.

Dress Code for NEET PG 2025

To ensure uniformity and prevent unfair practices, NBEMS has implemented a strict dress code. Here's what to follow:

  • Male Candidates:
    • Half-sleeve shirts/t-shirts (no full sleeves)
    • Light-coloured, plain trousers
    • No shoes or socks—only slippers/sandals allowed
  • Female Candidates:
    • Simple salwar-kameez or kurti with leggings
    • No dupattas, scarves, or heavy jewellery
    • Hair should be tied simply—no clips or hairbands
    • Footwear should be sandals or slippers only

Any deviation may lead to delays during frisking or even denial of entry.

  • Sleep Early the night before the exam. A fresh mind performs better.
  • Keep all documents and items ready in a transparent folder a day in advance.
