Candidates who qualified in the entrance exam can now register and participate in the seat allotment process for MD, MS, and PG Diploma courses offered by government, private, and deemed universities.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has opened the Round 1 registration for NEET PG 2025 counselling from October 17, 2025. All candidates who have cleared the NEET PG 2025 exam by meeting the required cut-off are eligible to take part in the 50% All India Quota (AIQ) counselling process.

The counselling fee for NEET PG 2025 includes two parts — refundable and non-refundable amounts. Candidates are required to pay these fees online using available payment options such as debit card, credit card, or net banking while completing their registration.

Registration:
Visit the official MCC mcc.nic.in counselling portal.
Click on “PG Medical Counselling 2025” and complete your registration using your NEET PG 2025 credentials (NEET PG roll no. and password).
Pay the required fee online.
Select your preferred colleges and courses carefully. You can modify your choices until the final locking date.
The seat allotment will be based on your NEET PG rank, reservation criteria, and availability of seats.
After the allotment result, download the allotment letter and report to the allotted college with all original documents for verification.
If you wish to upgrade, you can participate in Round 2 and subsequent rounds without registering again (for AIQ seats).
Candidates applying under the NRI quota were required to upload their supporting documents by October 28, 2025, as per the MCC schedule. Applicants who failed to meet this deadline may lose eligibility for participation in Round 1 counselling.
