Eligibility criteria

• Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria to enroll for NEET PG and be aware of them so that they can appear in the exam. Candidates participating in NEET PG 2023 must meet the following eligibility criteria:
• An accredited Medical Council of India (MCI) institution must be the source of the candidate's MBBS degree. Candidate must either have an MBBS degree or a provisional one.
• Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) is required for candidates who graduated with an MBBS degree outside of India.
• It is necessary for candidates to have completed their rotatory internship by July 23, 2023.
• An MCI or State Medical Council (SMC) medical registration certificate, either permanent or provisional, is required. Candidate must bring the same to the examination and admission process.
• The All India 50% Quota is not available to candidates who have pursued their MBBS degree in Jammu & Kashmir. Government of India-nominated candidates pursuing their MBBS degree course from the Medical Colleges of Jammu & Kashmir qualifies for the 50% quota for seats across the country.
• Candidates must submit the duly signed affidavit.
