NEET PG 2024 Exam Pattern

Understanding the NEET PG 2024 exam pattern is crucial for all NEET aspirants, as it states the structure of preparation. The NEET PG exam pattern is expected to follow the format of previous years, which is designed to test the knowledge and skills of the candidates thoroughly. Here's the exam pattern:

  • Type of Questions: The exam will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs), with each question having four options and only one correct response.
  • Number of Questions: The test will have 200 questions in total.
  • Duration: Candidates will have 3.5 hours to complete the exam.
  • Subjects Covered: The questions will cover topics from the MBBS curriculum, including pre-clinical, clinical and para-clinical subjects.
  • Marking Scheme: For every correct answer, candidates will receive four marks and one mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. There is no harm for questions left unanswered.

To maximize their scores, candidates should focus on ample revision and take multiple mock tests to familiarize themselves with the timing and pressure of the actual exam.
