Following the Supreme Court's directive, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the centre-wise NEET 2024 results on its official website at exam.nta.ac.in/NEET. The published results provide comprehensive centre-wise data, including serial numbers and candidate marks. This measure aims to enhance transparency and make information easily accessible for all NEET 2024 participants.

The results for the NEET 2024 re-exam were announced on July 1, 2024, a day later than planned. The re-NEET 2024, which took place on June 23, 2024, was for 1,563 candidates who had been given grace marks during the initial exam on May 5, 2024.

NTA issued a revised scorecard for all candidates, including the 1,563 individuals who participated in the NEET 2024 re-examination. This updated scorecard reflects the scores obtained in the retest for those candidates. For those who did not take the re-exam, their original scores, minus the grace marks, are provided.
